Aquarian Dawn is housed in a 100+ year-old end-unit row house a couple of blocks north of Baltimore's beautiful and historic Patterson Park. The three-bedroom, three bathroom pad features an open first floor plan and a two-car garage at the back. This house was extensively renovated over the past decade, including exterior flourishes that give the townhouse a classic 19th century vibe.
Re-envisioning of the space for Project Aquarian Dawn (aka the PAD) is underway. There will be a variety of aqua colors in the space. This is the main social space of the house.

The primary bedroom faces the front of the house. It is a sun-lit room with recessed lights, closets, and a private in-suite bathroom.

Another fine bedroom is situated to the rear of the house. This room has a large closet and a semi-private full bathroom just outside the door in the hallway.

The lower floor of the house has the third bedroom. There's a full bath on this level as well.
Behind the PAD is a two-car garage, unheard of for a townhouse in this part of town. One is super rare but two... makes for a social and creative space as well as a parking lot. The dream is to put a nice deck on top of it eventually.
An exciting bonus of the Aquarian Dawn property: There is an adjacent "pocket park" the city created by narrowing the dead-end street to the side of the house. Actually two parks, one on each side of the street. I spent some time in July and August clearing trash out of the park on my side, and trimming back overgrown plants. It is nice to look out the side windows of the house and see greenery!
Patterson Park is called "the gem of Baltimore's Eastside." This photo could have been taken from a drone immediately over Aquarian Dawn, to the left of the shot. I am in love with this park and amazed by its beauty, layout, size, and cleanliness. It's a joy to see people exercising, strolling, and enjoying arts presentations there. I can jog for 15 minutes from Aquarian Dawn to the harbor.
The pagoda is a star attraction of the 137-acre Patterson Park.
